This on-line questionnaire has been designed to register your problems and suggestions on administrative burdens. Your input will be taken into account in the preparation of EU measures reducing administrative burdens. Contributions and feedback from the Commission will be summarised in periodic reports published on this site.

At the beginning of 2007, European Commission initiated The Action Programme for reducing the administrative burdens in European Union which aimed to reduce administrative burden generated by European legislation with 25% by the end of 2012. In the context of European integration, Romania adhered to this objective regarding administrative burden reduction for national legislation.

Romanian government adopted "The Strategy for a better regulation at the central level of public administration 2008 - 2013" to support the actions of European Commission, with focus on the quality improvement and simplification of the national regulation, in order to increase the economic competitiveness and create new jobs.
